Hole in One Quoting Experience
This case study explores how an AI chat assistant was embedded directly into the Hole in One quoting experience to reduce agent friction, improve accuracy, and increase confidence throughout the entire flow. Rather than introducing AI as a standalone tool, the goal was to design it as a continuous support layer that adapts to the agent’s progress and provides guidance exactly when it is needed.
Inland Marine Policy Change Transformation
Streamlining complex policy changes for faster agent and underwriter workflows at West Bend Insurance Company. This redesign focused on improving speed, reducing redundant manual entry, and increasing clarity for both underwriters and agents handling changes like adding equipment, adjusting limits, or managing loss payees.
Virtual Park Ranger Capstone
As someone who loves National Parks, I initially found navigating the websites while planning my trips challenging. This inspired me to dig deeper and explore how the experience could be improved to help first-time users plan their visits more easily.
My Sustainable UW
A personalized recommendation tool for all things sustainability at UW-Madison. Collaborated with other students in the student organization Design Interactive while partnering with the UW-Madison Office of Sustainability to design an app that helps students personalize their campus sustainability journey.
